Stephan Vanhaverbeke is also an experience trainer. Different than most trainers, he immediatly puts participants themselves in a role of trainer or coach. In this role, participants enrich their learning experience with elements of their own, making sure that newly acquired knowledge sticks and that people start to develop skills that they can use in their own context.
